Mitch may be growing older, but he's not growing up... nor does he want to.
Mitch enjoys the single life. He doesn't make commitments and he never has a problem finding a girl to take home. He's used to getting the girl, which is why it confuses him when Lindy keeps turning him down.
As Mitch sees it, he and Lindy are just alike, and that makes them the perfect couple. Neither wants a commitment, and they both enjoy the game. So why not play on the same team for a while?
Mitch won't take no for answer when it comes to Lindy. He figures that it's only a matter of time until she figures out what he already knows.
